Exceptional Engineering’s Project Management team began the site design for the 154,263 sf elementary school building on the 12.27 acre site. Additionally, the team was responsible for the surveying, traffic engineering, utility design, drainage design, Charlotte County Utility Permitting, Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Sewer Permitting, Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) potable water permitting, South West Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) ERP permitting, and most importantly the LEED filing for civil sections.
