Exceptional Engineering’s project development team met the client’s needs by assisting in the development of a new 54,020 sf dry boat storage facility providing an additional 108 dry slips for boat storage and a 14,900 sf restaurant at an existing marina.
The site also included a small building with a washer, dryer, bathrooms, and showers to provide services to the existing marina. The work included planning, design, and permitting of the new facilities including surface water management, utilities, landscape architecture, and construction inspection and certification while facing the challenge of maintaining the current operation of the existing marina.
The results speak for themselves. The project is now a destination. The busy, full-service marina is a beautiful setting for the large tropical tiki-style restaurant and pool facility. The perfect place to launch a boating adventure or just relax with your toes in the sand.
